Effective as of January 1st, 2025
This Terms of Use Policy ("Policy") applies to https://puppymanager.com and Puppy Manager, Inc. ("Company"). It governs your use of the puppy manager software and services. By accessing or using the software, you agree to the terms and practices outlined in this Policy. Please note that we, Puppy Manager, Inc., are merely a facilitator, and breeders hold primary responsibility for all decisions and actions related to their puppies and clients.
By accessing or using our puppy manager software or mobile application (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service and should discontinue use immediately. Please note that these Terms will continue to apply to any use of the Service that occurred prior to your discontinuation. Puppy Manager, Inc. operates as a facilitator between breeders and their clients, and the breeder is solely responsible for the care, pricing, and terms of adoption for each puppy.
Puppy Manager, Inc. provides a platform for breeders to manage their puppies, litters, clients, and related transactions. However, all decisions regarding puppies, pricing, refunds, cancellations, and terms of service are solely at the discretion of the breeder. We provide tools to help breeders facilitate these processes, but we do not assume responsibility for any aspect of puppy care or business transactions, including but not limited to payment disputes or refunds.
To access certain features of our system, breeders must create an account. Clients may also be registered under a breeder's account to streamline the process. Breeders are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information provided in these accounts. By using the Service, you agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Service.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to securely store your card details through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), ensuring your payment information is encrypted and handled securely. Puppy Manager, Inc. does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Once a payment method is added, it cannot be removed until all outstanding balances for puppy adoption costs or breeder fees have been paid in full. This policy is determined by the breeder, and the breeder has full discretion over when a payment method may be removed. Puppy Manager, Inc. acts solely as a facilitator and supports the breeder’s decisions in this regard.
In compliance with applicable privacy laws, your payment information is used solely for transaction purposes and is not shared with any third parties beyond what is necessary to process your payment. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy.
By providing your payment information, you authorize Puppy Manager, Inc. and the breeder to charge the payment method you have added to your account for any outstanding balances related to puppy adoptions, breeder fees, and any applicable charges. You acknowledge that once you provide your payment information, you do not need to provide separate authorization for each individual charge. This authorization is in effect as long as you have an outstanding balance for puppies or related fees, and it is consistent with applicable laws regarding payment processing.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and the adoption process are entirely determined by the breeder. Puppy Manager, Inc. does not have control over breeder policies and procedures and is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or scheduling issues. Breeders must inform their clients of the applicable terms, fees, and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
Puppy Manager, Inc. is not responsible for issuing refunds for puppy adoptions, fees, or other charges. Any refund requests or disputes must be addressed directly with the breeder, who retains full control over refund policies. We facilitate the payment process but bear no responsibility for refund decisions or dispute resolution.
